Kinesiological taping
Kinesiological tape and the special application method were developed by a Japanese chiropractor. The aim of the application is to support the body's own healing processes and restore normal joint mobility.

For postnatal incontinence
As quite a few women develop pelvic floor weakness and problems with incontinence after giving birth, the Hospital zum Heiligen Geist offers a uro-gynecological consultation to support and care for affected patients.

Our parenting school: the right preparation and follow-up for your child
In this video, nursing area manager Kerstin Flöhr introduces you to the wide range of programmes offered by the Parents' School. In addition to traditional birth preparation courses, there are a variety of programmes that prepare and support you in caring for your baby. Hardly any other experience is as personal and dramatic as the birth of a child. It is a moment full of joy and at the same time great challenges. Where better to begin this new phase of life than in a family environment? In an atmosphere where the needs of family and child are prioritised? In an environment where the staff know each other and support each other like a family? This is exactly what the obstetrics clinic at the Hospital zum Heiligen Geist offers you.

Midwife and nursing rounds
Our midwives, paediatric nurses and nursing staff make daily rounds. Here you can clarify any doubts or uncertainties regarding the care of your baby and the postnatal period.

For new parents, a midwife is on hand to offer advice and support in the Parents' School at the Hospital zum Heiligen Geist.
